Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Because of this, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule is required. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice) will also result in a 50% fee based on the scheduled service total. If it is not paid, then future appointments will not be allowed. • This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. We understand that life happens. Consideration may be given for certain circumstances, but only if the client contacts the business directly prior to or as soon as possible regarding the situation. Exceptions are made at the discretion of the business and are not guaranteed. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
